Most importantly, we need elected officials who fight for everyday New Yorkers, not politicians who prioritize the interests of billionaires and corporations who fund their campaigns.

In New York State alone, 129 billionaires hold $787 billion in wealth, which has grown 75% since the 2017 tax cuts for the rich. Meanwhile, everyday people struggle to make ends meet. It's time to raise taxes on the wealthiest households and corporations to generate revenue for our communities.
Congressman Lawler, we need your leadership to:
1. Raise Wages & Protect Workers: Stop letting billionaire bosses exploit workers and prevent them from unionizing.
2. Decrease the cost of living: Make healthcare, childcare, and utilities affordable for all.
3. Solve the affordability, eviction, and homeless crisis: Provide housing we can afford and protect us from eviction.
4. Don't cut vital programs: Stand up against corporate cutters and billionaire privatizers who want to slash funding for Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, education, and the environment.
5. Tax relief for working people: Support policies like the Earned Income Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit that actually help working people.
We are a movement of people who are tired of being abandoned by politicians. We will stand with leaders who stand with us!
