April 5th #NYCBudgetJustice Advocacy Day **REGISTRATION**

#NYCBudgetJustice Advocacy Day @ City Hall, April 5th, 1-6pm 

Deadline to register is Wednesday March 29th @ 6pm. 

New Yorkers are calling for a FY24 budget that moves money away from policing and makes bold investments in housing, mental health, education, youth services and other public infrastructure that will increase both the immediate and long-term safety of all New Yorkers. This lobby day is only open to #BudgetJustice endorsers and their staff/members/clients

REGISTRATION...

1. All staff/members/clients must be able to attend a Training/Prep Mtg on Friday March 31st from 6:00-8:30pm at CPR's offices (520 8th Ave, Suite 1800, Manhattan) This meeting will be in-person and we will be providing dinner, there will also be a hybrid option for those unable to attend in-person. 

2. All staff/members/clients will be provided lunch and be placed on a lobby team for April 5th. 

3. Please indicate your New York City Council district in your registration. If you are unsure of what districts you are in, you can use the following link to find out: https://council.nyc.gov/districts/

4. Please also indicate if you have any access needs during lobby day. 

What to expect...

Friday March 31st 6-8:30pm  @ 520 8th Ave, Suite 1800, Manhattan or Online

-- Advocacy Day Prep including: review of talking points and top-line demands, orientation to elected officials you will be meeting with, meeting and planning with your lobby day team. 

Wednesday April 5th Schedule 11-6pm @ City Hall 

11:00am:  #Budget for Safety & Dignity RALLY outside city hall 
12:30pm: Advocacy Day Team Huddles 
1:00pm:  Meetings with elected officials
