Schedule: The day will start at 9:30AM sharp with a morning gathering. We'll meet with legislators 10:30am-12pm, then have a 12pm virtual press conference, meet again with legislators 1-2pm, and then close out the day with a fun gathering. We should be completely finished by 3:30pm. While we hope everyone will attend the entire day, it’s totally fine if some people can only join us for part of the day.
Technology: The entire advocacy day will take place via zoom. We'll have one zoom link for our community gatherings and meetings with legislators (the “Main Meeting Room”), and another link for our 12 pm press conference. In order words, two links total. Please be on the lookout for another email with those links.
Meetings with Legislators: Everyone will be divided up into teams by region and their legislators. We're going to do our best to have everyone meet with their legislator but some people will not be able to. We ask that you please be flexible with your team assignments, which you'll receive via email in the coming days.
