To address the current opioid epidemic, we are urging our communities to consider safer drug consumption spaces as a new harm reduction tool to prevent further disease and death in our communities.

Join Hudson Valley Community Services, VOCAL-NY, Drug Policy Alliance, Students for Sensible Drug Policy, Katal in Poughkeepsie on Wednesday, April 26th for our two part event:

Safe Shape Exhibition: 4/28/2017- 1pm-5pm, Vassar College, Residential Quad
Safe Shape is a traveling exhibit that seeks to demonstrate what a safer drug consumption space looks like and to educate the public on the harm reduction philosophy and practice. Drop by anytime between 1pm and 5pm to take a tour!  

Everywhere but Safe Film Screening and Panel: 4/26/2017- 6pm-8pm, Vassar College, Rockefeller 300
Everywhere But Safe”, is a documentary about public injection in NYS.

We hope you will come to the exhibit and join us for our panel discussion and film screening to learn more about how safe injection facilities and their importance in combating the opioid epidemic.
